Function

实时数字显示溶胶温度、出胶流量及温度，支持上下双泵独立调节胶量，确保包边均匀性和粘合强度。
可根据中底周边长度自动设定包条长度，实现材料精准送料和剪断。

This is an automatic equipment specially used for the middle sole wrapping process of footwear, especially suitable for the production of shoes such as Melaleuca bottom cloth shoes, sandals and single shoes.

The equipment comes with shearing function, automatic feeding and precise hemming, and can be used for materials with hemming width less than 25 mm.

Real-time digital display of sol temperature, glue flow rate and temperature, supporting the independent adjustment of glue amount by upper and lower pumps to ensure the uniformity of wrapping and adhesive strength.

The length of wrapping strips can be automatically set according to the peripheral length of the midsole, so as to realize accurate feeding and shearing of materials.
