The gluing and floding machine is the key equipment in shoemaking process, which is mainly used for automatic gluing and flanging treatment of shoe material edges. It replaces traditional manual operation with machinery, the efficiency is improved and the uniformity of glue solution edge is ensured. Its core functions include precise glue coating and flanging forming, and it is suitable for processing various shoe materials such as leather, leather bag and synthetic materials.
It has self-defined tooth cutting function, which can be directly and smoothly completed when small fillet is adopted, and the glue discharge system has double protection with stable glue quantity and excellent performance.
Flange width is adjustable and the hemming margin, the machine can reach 3-8mm (straight hemming can reach 10mm), and meet the technological requirements of different products.
